Many believe German's Autobahns are exclusive to speed-limitless areas of road, but those in-the-know think of the Isle of Man. This island, off the coast of England's west coast, features many areas where you can drive or ride as quickly as you deem safe. This, alone, makes conquering the Snaefell Mountain Road an adventure, but add in that this road runs through the highest-elevation center of the Isle of Man, along with excellent sweeping bends, a two-lane pave, and great scenery, and you have yourself a road more than worthy of making our list. Have a look below for a video featuring this great bit of paved wonder.
*Note: Drive safely, ensure you know the speed ratings of your tires

The speed limit is painfully slow, the route is short, and the traffic is likely to be terrible. Even with these considered, the absolute awe one experiences at this civil engineering marvel is worth the trip. Many towns with hotels, restaurants and the likes are nearby, so no worries there. This is the sort of place you stare at the road more than drive -- have a look as to why via watching the below drone video.
